President’s Pitch January started our year of pitching to a great start. The New Years Doubles, Sheila Shepard Open and the President’s Open. Looks like they had a great time. February starts with Team Colorado. Currently there are 5 teams competing. February 20 is the CHPA Fundraiser. Last year’s fundraiser raised enough money to help with the 4 state events. Monies were used for food, prizes and other miscellaneous expenses which occur when running a state event. For this tournament, trophies/prizes will be handed out instead of cash. This is a sanctioned event so it will earn you a credit towards state and the World Tournament. As I mentioned in last month’s DR I am forming committees to help promote and make our sport more enjoyable. I have not had anyone volunteer to participate. We need help!
